innerSoul are returning to Plan-B, Brixton, London for their 2nd event of the year. They have pulled all the stops out for this event with a monster line-up of the scenes biggest DJs, vocalists and MCs.
● dBridge:
InnerSoul are very honoured to have a veteran producer and one of the most talented figures within Drum & Bass. An artist whose multiple transformations and evolutions glide through a staggering list of achievements. Over the course of a long and distinguished career, he has been at the heart of some the most exciting collaborative partnerships Drum & Bass has ever seen, from Future Forces to Bad Company and Club Autonomic. As a solo artist, dBridge remains versatile with his own productions for labels including Exit, Metalheadz and Hotflush, and continues to drop draws with equally diverse and genre defying DJ sets.
● Lenzman:
Welcoming back for his second appearance at innerSoul, we present you Lenzman. His first appearance left a lasting impression on those that were lucky enough to see it. An artist who is never afraid to wear his musical heart on this sleeve, Lenzman continues to push his own unique brand of Drum and Bass: Soulful, deep and beautifully produced, essential ingredients for any good party!
● Jenna & The Gs (Live):
Taking innerSoul to another level is the one and only award winning Miss Jenna G! She will have full support from her full live band ‘The Gs’. Jenna Gs' new live project is taking her eclectic releases of underground classics past, present and future and reworking them alongside the musical styling’s of Manchester’s most prolific backing band; 8 Gold Rings & Co. It means funk, soul, horns, over the top Latin breakdowns, marathon medleys and musical madness galore!
● A Sides:
A true veteran DJ, producer and engineer, A Sides has an epic collection of releases to his name making him one of the most prolific and versatile artists in drum & bass. Over the course of his extensive career, A Sides has never limited himself to a single style and has proved to be a highly capable selector whatever style he is drawing for.
● Command Strange:
Hailing from the sunny land of Kazakhstan, musician and producer Command Strange has already become a household name for all lovers of the musical side of Drum & Bass. Despite being in his early twenties Command Strange has over 100 released tracks under his belt including more than 36 vinyl releases on Metalheadz, Innerground, V Records and Good Looking to name a few.
● Jazzassins:
innerSoul are very happy to announce that The Jazzassins will be joining us on the 29th of May. Welcoming back Flowrian and Pulsaar, two accomplished artists in their own right, making up half of the Jazzassins project. Showcasing their forthcoming album due out on Paul SG's 'Jazzsticks Recordings' this summer, expect a masterclass in music production and soulful Drum & Bass.
● Soula ● Al Menos:
At all our events we like to bring you some innerSoul flavour so representing the innerSoul camp are DJ’s Soula & Menos, two names synonymous with their ability to getting any dance floor rolling. Expect the soulful with the dam with dirty when these two step up to the decks.
For all your hosting duty pleasures we have K-Eye, Deeizm, Blackeye & RMC.
● K-Eye:
Arguably one the best voices in the Drum & Bass scene right now, this MC is certainly one of the peoples favourite. Regularly gracing the stage for heavyweights such as Liquid V & Renegade Hardware we are very proud to have such a talent in the innerSoul ranks.
● Deeizm:
When she gets on the mic... people listen, and thats why we love Deeizm. Combining her sultry vocal sound with lyrics that span over 10 years in the scene, its no wonder why we keep asking Deeizm back at innerSoul.
● Blackeye:
Highly rated by the innerSoul family, his effortless ability on the mic is certainly one of the best things to hear at any event. We are very happy to welcome back Blackeye to innerSoul's M.I.C and long may it continue.
● RMC:
AKA Response MC and part of innerSoul's revolution, his ability to make the crowd feel apart of the music is second to none. "He can see ya...
