SATIVA TEST KITCHEN” DINNERS
We are holding a series of intimate weekly dinners in our private West London studio ahead of our new pioneering, organic, circular economy restaurant @sativarestaurant launching next year
At the event eco-chef Justin Horne will talk guests through our six course vegetarian, organic, locally sourced menu that will be served with a welcome drink.
A selection of carefully curated organic wines, that can be paired with each course if you wish, will be available on the night.
Although many of our dishes are vegan, a fully vegan menu is available on pre-request.
The dinners are in association with Ecofetes ethical tableware to ensure the whole dining experience is enjoyable and sustainable!
SAMPLE MENU
AMUSE:
WINSLADE ESPUMA, CRISPY JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE, GRATED RAW MUSHROOM.
STARTER:
ROASTED BEETROOT, HOMEMADE CAMOMILE VINEGAR, APPLE, CAMOMILE GEL.
MAIN:
CHARRED BROCCOLI, SEAWEED BUTTER, BROCCOLI PURÉE, SMOKED TOASTED YEAST MASH, CRISPY KALE AND NETTLES, TOASTED HAZELNUTS.
PRE DESSERT:
FENNEL SORBET, RAPESEED OIL, FENNEL POLLEN.
DESSERT:
THYME INFUSED THICK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE, EDIBLE TWIGS, MUSHROOM CRUMBLE, MISO CARAMEL.
PETIT FOURS:
TOASTED HAY FUDGE.
