After a six month break we are excited to back on board the Thekla this December! For the next instalment in our new quarterly residency, we present one of our most heavyweight lineups to date. Welcoming Spectrasoul, Break feat. Kyo & Mace, LSB, Random Movement and MC DRS, this is sure to be a night of stellar musical drum & bass.

SPECTRASOUL

Since their emergence in 2006, SpectraSoul have carved a truly unique position, not only in drum & bass, but electronic music as a whole. Having released music on only the very finest and most respected labels in the scene, they are vital members of Friction's irrepressible Shogun Audio imprint. Last seen at Intrigue back in 2013, we’re hyped to have them back.

BREAK feat. KYO & MACE present SYMMETRY LIVE
(Symmetry Recordings)
Featuring the vocal talents of Kyo, guitar skills of Mace and Break DJing the trademark Symmetry sound with live effects, the band perform their recent collaborations from the 'Simpler Times' album plus new unheard dubs and classics from Break's catalogue. This is a chance to witness a rare exclusive set - the first since the guys tore up Outlook this summer.

LSB

If there's one drum & bass producer you should get accustomed with this year, it's LSB. His productions are super smooth rollers and his deck selections always on point. Just check 'The View' (featuring Tyler Daley's vocals) from DRS' recent album on Soul:r label for proof. The sumptuous piano keys and swift clap drums are a mainstay in DJ sets this year. An Intrigue debut performance.

MC DRS

With a reputation now stretching well over 15 years, DRS is a truly versatile MC, host, lyricist and recording artist. Cutting his teeth and touring worldwide with the legendary Good Looking label, his soulful style on the mic and honest lyrics are unmatched. He’s been an integral part of the Soul:r camp, recording tracks with Mist:ical, Calibre, Marcus Intalex, and Lynx. We’re excited to once again have Del repping at Intrigue!

RANDOM MOVEMENT
(USA/Flight Pattern/Intrigue)
At the forefront of the US drum & bass scene, Mike Richards has released some brilliant music on many labels including Liquid V, Innerground and Intrigue. He has just launched his own label called Flight Pattern with the ethos firmly about up and coming artists. Mike has performed at Intrigue many times over the years and we are looking forward to another deep excursion. Look out for ‘Dreaming’ co-produced with Ben Soundscape out on Intrigue late Novemeber.

The Intrigue founders and residents of 13 years will kick off proceedings on the night with a special extended set.
